Hotel Booking & Package Rates: The quoted package cost does not guarantee hotel availability. Bookings are processed only after receiving a written confirmation from the client. Hotel reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case of price variations due to availability issues, any additional cost will be borne by the client.
Booking Confirmation: All services, including hotel stays and ferry tickets (for Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island), will be confirmed only after we receive your confirmation email along with the booking advance transferred to our bank account.
Hotel Selection & Substitution: The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are for reference purposes. In unavoidable situations, we reserve the right to offer similar category hotels as alternatives without any obligation for refunds.
Hotel Stay Responsibility: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or accident that occurs at the hotel premises. Any damage caused to hotel property by guests during their stay must be compensated by them directly.
Vehicle Usage: Transportation is provided strictly as per the itinerary, on a point-to-point basis. The vehicle is not available at your disposal and will be released after the scheduled tour. Any additional use or detours will incur extra charges.
Check-In/Check-Out Policies: Hotel check-in and check-out times are fixed. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges as per hotel policy.
Meal Arrangements: Meals provided during the tour are based on a fixed menu as per the itinerary. They may be served at your place of stay or local restaurants. Special meal requests or dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed. If a participant misses a scheduled meal, no compensation or alternative will be provided.
Foreign Nationals: All foreign passport holders, including OCI/PIO cardholders, must register upon arrival at Port Blair airport and ensure they hold a valid Indian visa or Restricted Area Permit (RAP), which allows a 30-day stay in the Andaman Islands.
Valuables & Safety: Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended in vehicles during travel. We are not responsible for any theft or loss. In case of damage to the vehicle by the guest, compensation must be made.
Itinerary Modifications: For operational convenience, the sequence of the itinerary may be altered without prior notice. No refund will be provided for any missed sightseeing or activities due to personal delays.
Ferry Service Advisory: Ferry schedules are subject to change without notice due to weather or operational issues. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or overbookings. Liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
Service Availability: Final confirmation of services and accommodations is subject to availability. If a specific hotel is unavailable, a similar alternative will be arranged.
No Refund Policy: No refund will be applicable for any unutilized services like accommodation, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, or tours for any reason, including early departure or mid-tour cancellation.
Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, or cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Mid-Tour Cancellation: While cancellation is possible during the tour, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable.
All bookings will be considered valid only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from the client.
Upon receiving the client's confirmation, the company will initiate the preliminary booking process.
Hotel rooms mentioned in the package will be temporarily blocked based on availability, held for a limited period (cut-off time) before being released.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment within the cut-off period.
Reservations will remain provisional until the specified cut-off date is reached.
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking within the defined time frame.
Any revision in government-imposed taxes will be added over and above the quoted room or meal rates.
Full payment (100%) must be completed no later than 30 days before the check-in date.
Final Package Confirmation Voucher will be issued only after full payment is received. This voucher is mandatory and must be presented to the Company Tour Manager upon the client’s arrival at Port Blair to begin the tour.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will incur a 10% processing fee on the total package cost.
Cancellations made between 20 to 29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total package cost.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 20 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show, regardless of reason, including force majeure (Act of God).
No refunds are applicable for bookings made between 15th December and 15th January.
Cancellation charges for transport tickets (flights, ferries, etc.) are subject to the terms and policies of the respective service provider.
